Welcome to WavePillo Music (“WavePillo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting, distributing, or otherwise interacting with our services, you (“the Artist”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
WavePillo Music is a digital music publisher and curator. We accept and evaluate music submissions from independent artists, labels, and third-party rights holders (“Submitters”), and publish selected content online across major digital streaming platforms. We work with a network of music distributors and apply a royalty and rights verification process before publication.
By submitting music to WavePillo, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are the sole owner, or a legally authorized representative, of the rights to the submitted music.
No other party’s rights are infringed by the submission, publication, or monetization of the music.
All music submissions are subject to:
Internal curation by the WavePillo A&R team.
A two-layer royalty and rights verification filter, including checks by our distribution partners and our proprietary systems.
Final approval is solely at WavePillo’s discretion.
We reserve the right to reject or remove content without explanation or liability.
By submitting your music and being accepted for distribution, you grant WavePillo the non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable license to:
Distribute, publish, and monetize your music on digital platforms.
Use your name, artist name, artwork, and promotional content in connection with your music.
Collect royalties and process earnings related to your music.
This license is valid for the duration that your content is distributed by WavePillo, and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
WavePillo will:
Collect royalties from our distribution partners.
Deduct applicable commissions or service fees as outlined in your agreement or offer.
Payout the net revenue to the rights holder on a monthly or quarterly basis, based on the chosen plan.
You agree to provide valid payment and tax information to receive earnings. Failure to do so may delay or void payment.
All tracks undergo automated and manual content filtering for:
Copyright claims (including Content ID, fingerprinting systems, and digital rights databases).
Previously published content.
Potential rights conflicts with existing publishers or PROs (Performance Rights Organizations).
If any track fails verification, WavePillo reserves the right to:
Reject or delay the release.
Request additional documentation of rights clearance.
Remove the content if already published.
All rights not expressly granted to WavePillo remain with the Artist or rights holder. You retain ownership of your music and recordings.
You agree to indemnify WavePillo against any legal claims arising from misrepresentation, copyright infringement, or unauthorized submissions.
WavePillo publishes music across a broad range of genres and styles. As such, we may distribute music under various curated artist names or collections, which remain linked to the original rights holders through royalty tracking and attribution systems.
This agreement may be terminated:
By either party with 30 days’ written notice.
Immediately by WavePillo in case of breach, fraud, or rights infringement.
Upon termination, WavePillo will cease distribution and remove content from platforms within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
WavePillo is not liable for:
Platform outages or third-party failures.
Incorrect metadata provided by Submitters.
Delayed payments due to missing or incorrect banking or tax details.
WavePillo’s liability shall in no case exceed the total amount paid to the Submitter in the past 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of [Insert Country, e.g., The Netherlands]. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of [Insert City, e.g., Amsterdam].
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Updates to these Terms will be posted on our website and communicated to active artists.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated Terms.
