• Managing rights and royalties related to distributed content

10. Music Distribution Services

By submitting your music to WavePillo, you grant us the non-exclusive right to distribute, promote, and monetize your audio content globally on all major digital music platforms. You retain full copyright ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all necessary rights to distribute your content.

• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

WavePillo reserves the right to remove or reject any content that violates legal or ethical standards.

11. Playlist Acquisition & Management

WavePillo acquires playlists from individuals and companies under formal agreements. Upon purchase:

• The original curator is required to add playlist@wavepillo.com as a co-editor within 24 hours of payment.

• The seller agrees to remain as co-editor for a period of 15 calendar days without making any modifications, additions, or deletions to the playlist.

• All changes made during this period without prior written consent are considered a breach of agreement.

We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of manipulation, unauthorized reversal of payment, or fraudulent activity.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by law.
