Playlist Curator Agreement

This agreement applies to individuals or parties who sell a playlist to WavePillo for a pre-agreed price.

By agreeing to the terms below, you confirm that you voluntarily and fully agree to the transfer of (partial) management rights and that you will continue to provide temporary management in accordance with the agreements.

📋 Terms and Conditions for Playlist Takeover

  1. Administrator Access

    • After receipt of the agreed payment by WavePillo, you are obliged to add the e-mail address playlist@wavepillo.com as an administrator to the playlist in question within 24 hours (for example via Spotify for Artists or a shared administrator permission. This can be found with a private account, under the 3 buttons + ”Collaborators-Invite”).

  2. Temporary shared administrator permission

    • After adding WavePillo as an administrator:

      • You will remain co-administrator of the playlist for another 15 days,

      • During this period you may no longer add new tracks, change names, change cover art, and/or delete without written permission from WavePillo.

      • After 15 days

        • You may then remove yourself as an administrator, or we will remove you within 20 days.

        • WavePillo then only retains control over the playlist, and is 100% owner who can make choices after we have been added as Administrator/Editor.

  3. Violation

    • Failure to comply with these agreements above (such as not adding as administrator in time or making changes to the playlist during the 15-day period) can lead to:

      • Reclaiming the payment.

      • Exclusion from future collaborations.

      • Legal steps in case of structural abuse or fraud.

By signing or submitting this form, you declare:

  • That you have read, understand, and agree to the above terms.

  • That you voluntarily transfer your playlist according to these and our general terms.

  • That you fill in the relevant playlist link in the section below.

  • That your playlist meets WavePillo’s quality standards (no bots, real engagement, no conflict with Spotify policies).
